Introduce

The duties of the division of International S&T Cooperation are:to carry out diplomatic principles and policies of our country concerning S&T activities and,in accordance with situations of the region,to work out corresponding regulations;to organize and put into effect projects of international S&T cooperation and exchange;to help in import of techniques,equipment,personnel and capital;acting on behalf of the regional govemment,to examine and approve reports of sending delegations abroad and of inviting foreign visitors in S&T field;to tackle with technical export,prepartation of new S&T products for exhibition and selection of S&T personnel to be trained abroad.
